Rob visited various practices and ended up at SmartIntake AI through one of them. An employee there was already working with Fysio AI and was raving about it. He pointed Rob towards Tim from SmartIntake AI, and that is how they started talking. During those visits, Rob also discovered how valuable SmartIntake AI is in practice. For instance, an employee at a practice with many expat patients told him about an Irish man who had visited that week. According to Rob, this is no longer a nice-to-have these days, but a requirement to even be able to participate in this field. Looking ahead to further development
Looking to the future, Rob also sees opportunities in the further anamnesis, such as the examination—the part of the consultation where further relevant information is collected and recorded. This physical part of a consultation: the hands-on examination in which a therapist performs movements, for example during a shoulder examination. Currently, therapists still have to write down details such as the number of degrees or the experienced pain separately. Rob is convinced that significant progress can be made in this area.
