The reason

Writing up the reports in the file took her an average of fifteen minutes per intake, sometimes rising to 30 minutes depending on the complexity.

Privacy

Clients are sometimes a little cautious when they hear that the entire conversation is being recorded. But when Anneloes explains how SmartIntake AI works and that the report goes directly into the secure file, they are open to it. “I haven’t had anyone yet who said no, I don’t want it.”
